1. Who we are
Lumera Agency operates Hermes AI Workspace, a private internal productivity tool used to support authorized business workflows. Questions about this policy may be sent to ife2nv@gmail.com.
2. Information we access
With an authorized user’s explicit Google OAuth consent, the tool may access Google Workspace information needed for requested workflows, including Gmail messages and metadata, Calendar events, Drive files, Docs, Sheets, and basic account information. The exact permissions are shown on Google’s consent screen.
3. How information is used
Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing functionality requested by the authorized user, such as searching authorized information, producing briefings, extracting action items, drafting content, and updating records when the user expressly approves the change.
Lumera Agency’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it for unrelated purposes. Relevant information may be processed by infrastructure and AI service providers only as necessary to execute an authorized workflow, maintain the service, secure it, or comply with law.
5. Storage and retention
OAuth credentials and workflow data may be stored on access-controlled systems used to operate the tool. Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the authorized workflow, operational continuity, legal obligations, or security. An authorized user may request deletion using the contact address below.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to limit access to authorized users and protect stored information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. User control and revocation
Users may review or revoke Google access at any time through Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents future API access but may not automatically delete information already retained for legitimate purposes. Deletion requests may be sent to the contact address below.
8. Children
Hermes AI Workspace is a private business tool and is not directed to children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the tool, law, or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
