Terms of Service
1. Service
Hermes AI Workspace is a private internal productivity tool operated by Lumera Agency. It supports authorized workflows involving research, communication, documents, schedules, content operations, and business administration.
2. Authorized access
Only users authorized by Lumera Agency may use the tool. Users must connect only accounts and information they are permitted to access and must keep their authentication methods secure.
3. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and approving consequential actions. The tool may assist with drafts and recommendations, but it does not replace professional legal, financial, regulatory, medical, or other specialist advice.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, access information without permission, distribute malicious content, interfere with systems, or misrepresent automated output as verified fact.
5. Third-party services
The tool may depend on services supplied by Google and other infrastructure or AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, become unavailable, or impose usage limits.
6. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Lumera Agency does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or suitability for every purpose. Users should independently verify important results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lumera Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated to protect security, comply with law, respond to misuse, or discontinue the service. Users may revoke connected Google access through their Google Account settings.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
